I ordered a 1/2 size down as recommended and they are just a tiny bit too big still. I ordered high heel inserts so now they fit just fine. I love the way they look. They'll be excellent work shoes - comfortable yet fashionable and classic. I do wish they had a high arch support. They really don't have any. That's my one complaint and I can live with it.
