If I'm pleased with a purchase then I'm happy to write a review if it helps another.I measured heel to toe with a tape measurer and ended up ordering my exact fit.They protect my feet and neuropathy they keep the rocks and small pebbles out some sand got in but not enough to send me through the roof like I do when I step on a small bread crumb.I like that the insole slips out for easy rinsing, and it's made of a rubber material in the bottom of the insole.. very nice, it's not going to break down any time soon and the quality is what I'm most happy about.
