These are great active wear sneakers. Comfortable fit and perfect for any kind of terrain. The support is good and the size was as i expected. . I will buy this brand again.I read several reviews before purchasing these shoes and followed the encouragement of several others to order a size up. I normally wear a US women's size 10 but went with a women's 11 instead based on recommendations. The shoes fit perfectly! Not only that, but they are amazingly comfortable from the moment I put my foot in the shoe. I live in Midwest WI so my adventures are limited, but I'm very much looking forward to breaking these out on our backpacking trip through the Porcupine Mountains in a couple months! Will update after running them through the field tests, but the traction and comfort levels are amazing right out of the box! I also love that the tongue is secured inside the shoe. Ticks are a super big problem where I live and these shoes offer great protection against them! Definite surprise bonus!Its a narrow shoe. To the point if you order your actual shoe size it will feel like a corrset put on to tight. Go up a size or half size. Other then that it seemed to be well made.Hello lost Sportiva I've tried three different kinds of shoes and I finally got it right! I am a size 8 but the 39.5 in European size was much too big The 38.5 much too small The 39 is just about right! I wish they were a bit wider across the front of the foot, so if there is a size 39 available one size WIDER, please let me know! Thank youThis shoe runs small. I started with the recommended size but had to send them back for one size up. Those fit just right. The shoe is solid and handles rocks on rough terrain well.Love these shoes! I have purchased 10+ La Sportiva Raptors over the years - use them for trail runs, hiking, walking... The older pairs get moved to lawn duty. I can get a snug enough fit and still have toe room. Highly recommend them.Best hiking shoe. I don’t even know I have them on!I bought these primarily for short hikes and they work wonders. Had a pair of keens paid the same price and we’re terrible shoes I could feel everything underneath my feet. This pair and my Salomon Comet hiking boots are the best. I use my Salomon for long hikes and my La Sportiva for short hikes. If you can still find it in your size I recommend buying an extra pair. I know Salomon stopped making the Comet style so I bought an extra pair.
